Stoke Newington railway station links Stoke Newington to Liverpool Street in central London, and to Cheshunt and Enfield Town further north. Trains generally run every fifteen minutes.

The station is on the Seven Sisters branch of the Lea Valley Lines, and the majority of trains passing through the station stop there. The smoked glass/steel-framed ticket office was built in the early 1980s to replace the original ticket office on the same site. The platforms are located in a narrow cutting and are accessed by uncovered concrete staircases also installed at this time.

Stoke Newington is in Travelcard Zone 2.

Connections

London Buses routes 67, 76, 106, 149, 243, 276, 393 and 476 and night routes N73 and N76 serve the station.
