The Sutton Place Hotel Company is a collection of three premium hotels located in Canada, owned and managed by Northland Properties Corporation with their head office in Vancouver, BC.

Properties are currently located in: Edmonton, AB; Revelstoke, BC and in Vancouver, BC. A property in Toronto closed in June 2012 to make room for a new condo development by Lanterra Developments named The Britt Residences.[1]

Sutton Place Hotel, Toronto (Closed)

Opened in 1967, the 33 storey building was built on the site of the former Wellesley Street Public School (a Victorian High Gothic building built 1874 and demolished 1960s). This property is being converted to condominiums and is no longer a Sutton Place Hotel.

Sutton Place Hotel, Edmonton

Originally built in 1978 as a Four Seasons, the property was rebranded as a Hilton and then as the Sheraton Grande Edmonton before becoming the Sutton Place Edmonton in 2003. The 28-floor hotel is located in the city centre, includes 303 rooms and has been given a 3-'Diamond' rating by AAA/CAA.
