Talking Rock Ranch is a master planned community in Prescott, Arizona and is located just minutes from Prescott. Prescott is located in Central Northern Arizona, and is located 96 miles northwest of Phoenix. Grand Canyon National Park is 95 miles from Prescott, creating an easy day trip.

As the first territorial capital in Arizona, Prescott was named for a historian, William Hickling Prescott, and was founded in 1064 and incorporated into Arizona in 1881. Containing over 600 buildings in the National Register of Historic Places, Prescott has a history longer than anyone can remember. Victorian homes line the historic district, which has been preserved for years.
