The Seven Doors of Danny is a song cycle composed by Ricky Horscraft (born 1973) in collaboration with Brighton-based poet John McCullough[1] (born 1978). Its storyline is based on Shakespeare's Seven Ages of Man (from As You Like It) and is composed for male chorus with male soloists and chamber orchestra. It was premiered on 2 April 2016[2] in Hove by members of Actually Gay Men's Chorus and University of Sussex Symphony Orchestra.

The work comprises seven songs in diverse styles, each telling the story of the title character at a different point in his life and each song is to be sung ideally by a performer approximate in age to the character at that moment.

The seven songs are:

Go!

Wire

Fingerprints

Jobbing for the Devil

The Locksmith

Lift

Go! (Part Two)
