The White Eagle School, a Co-ed English medium day school in transition to optional boarding, is located at Devpur Jakhwali, Kutch in the Indian state of Gujarat. Devpur is also known as Depar Jalkhwali and also Devpur Yakhsa. Founded by princely family of Devpur, under the leadership of Late T. S. Mahipatsinhji Ranjitsinhji Jadeja of Devpur, who having learnt beneficial lessons from his Alma mater, ventured into educational enterprise in rural Kutch. The White Eagle's Senior Secondary School is affiliated with the CBSE since 1994.
Educational endeavours in rural village of Kutch have high hurdles to jump but despite these drawbacks, the White Eagles School has futuristic innovative plans for Boarders; the initial salvo into this forey was on 9 June 2011. Highlights include, a trial period from 9 to 30 June 2011 for New Admissions to observe, experience and decide; selection of school teachers as guardians and custodians and tutors; five days for learning and training and two days with parents or guardians or selected teachers or for cleanliness and maintain ace and orderliness.
