Theodore Payne Thurston was the second diocesan bishop of Oklahoma in The Episcopal Church. Prior to his consecration as bishop, he served as rector of St. Paul's Church in Owatonna, Minnesota, St. Paul's Church in Winona, Minnesota, and St. Paul's Church in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
