Tillman Road Wildlife Management Area is a small conservation area located inside the Town of Clarence (Erie County) in western New York, USA.

Tillman Road WMA contains approximately 235 acres (0.95 km2), including an 80-acre (320,000 m2) cattail swamp. The preserve is crossed by several trails, including two loops of different lengths. The WMA is bisected by Tillman Road, where one centrally located parking area is located. A second parking area is located on Bergtold Road at the north end of the preserve.

A short section of boardwalk and a viewing platform are located by Bergtold Road. Parts of some trails are elevated on narrow boardwalks due to swampy conditions.
