Tomáš Holý (born 10 December 1991) is a professional Czech football goalkeeper currently playing for FC Fastav Zlín on loan from AC Sparta Prague.
He made his career league debut for AC Sparta Prague B on 6 November 2011 in a 1–2 home loss against FK Varnsdorf.
