Mike Cernovich article

On the Mike Cernovich article, did you intend to delete the text in the Controversies section that explains what BLP1E means?

It is possible that you never saw the BLP1E explanation.

There might be bug (or caching problem) when two people make changes to a page at the same time. The bug might cause the slower editor to unintentionally delete the changes made by the faster editor. The system does not seem to notify the slower editor that the faster editor had already made changes.

Yes. A page about Mike Cernovich is obviously not the place to explain Wikipedia acronyms. That is a clear example of Context, which does not belong there. Explanations, justifications, rationalizations, and putting things in context do not belong on a Fact-level page.

Thank you for the clarification.

Main page

Can we just semi-protect the main page, so that autoconfirmed users can make some changes to it? It seems to be in need of a revamp. Thanks, Jean Valjean (talk) 14:33, 15 November 2016 (UTC)
