Wesley Charles Jacobs, Jr.

Wesley Charles Jacobs, Jr. is an Oglala Lakota rural planner, who works in South Dakota for the First Nation's Financial Project.[1]
He graduated from University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Master's in Rural Planning, in 1984.[2]
He is on the Intertribal Bison Cooperative board.[3]
