Edward West "Whitey" Ritterson (April 26, 1855 – July 28, 1917) was a professional baseball player who played mainly as a catcher for one season in the National League with the Philadelphia Athletics in 1876. His height is listed at 5-foot-8-inch (1.73 m).[1]
Ritterson was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, died in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and is interred at Reform Cemetery in Perkasie, Pennsylvania.[1]
