Widya Mandala Catholic University, or Universitas Katolik Widya Mandala (UKWM) is a leading Roman Catholic private research university in Surabaya, Indonesia that established in 1960 which famous for its academic excellence with the motto of "non scholae sed vitae discimus" which means "we do not learn for school, but for life".

Widya Mandala Catholic University ranks at the top of Indonesia’s private universities for top-ranked fields of study and distinguished alumni. According to the Department of Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia, Widya Mandala Catholic University is one of Indonesia's excellent private universities as the university appears in the Top 50 Promising Indonesian Universities.

The university has 3 campuses located in the city of Surabaya, Indonesia. The first campus located in Dinoyo, Surabaya which host the Faculty of Business, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Faculty of Arts in Communication, and the Secretary Academy. The second campus in Kalijudan, Surabaya hosts the Faculty of Engineering, and the Faculty of Teaching and Education. The third campus in Pakuwon City, Surabaya was established in 2013 and hosts the Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Pharmacy, Faculty of Psychology, Faculty of Nursing, and the Faculty of Philosophy.

Widya Mandala Catholic University is especially known for its academic excellence in the fields of Accounting, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Management, and the Doctoral (PhD) program in Economics. The university is owned by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Surabaya and is currently being managed by the Diocese under the Widya Mandala Foundation.
