Zylog was established in 1995 by Sudarshan Venkataraman and Ramanujam Sesharathnam. Acquisitions

ZSL has made several acquisitions over the years. In 2004 it acquired IMPEKsoft and JDAN Systems.[3] In 2007 it acquired EWAK Soft.[4] In 2007 it acquired UK based insurance software provider, Anodas Software.[5] In 2008 it acquired Ducont FZ, a mobile and wireless solutions provider based in Dubai, for $7.5 million.[6] In 2010 it acquired Brainhunter, a Canadian IT consulting and engineering staffing services company for $33 million.[7]
