13963 Euphrates (1991 PT4) is an outer main-belt asteroid discovered on August 3, 1991, by Eric Walter Elst at the European Southern Observatory.[1] It is one of very few asteroids located in the 2 : 1 mean motion resonance with Jupiter.[3]
