The 1989-90 Cleveland Cavaliers season was the 21st season of NBA basketball in Cleveland, Ohio. The Cavaliers finished the season with a 42-40 record, finishing 4th in the Central Division. Mark Price led the team in assists as the Cavs advanced to the playoffs.
