¹ Obilić was excluded from the UEFA competitions because was the club owner Arkan charged with war crimes. Their place was given to Vojvodina.
² Priština was withdrew from the FR Yugoslavia football league system due to the situation in Kosovo, then was moved to the Kosovo football league system.
