The 2011 Melbourne Vixens season was the fourth year that the Melbourne Vixens contested the ANZ Championship. Julie Hoornweg continued her role as head coach of the Vixens, while seasoned internationals Sharelle McMahon and Bianca Chatfield co-captained the team in 2011. During the season, Australian representative player Julie Corletto returned to the starting lineup after a long recovery from injury, while fellow Diamonds player McMahon suffered a season-ending ACL rupture. The Vixens finished their 2011 campaign in 5th place.
