The 2016 AYA Bank Cup is a four-nation football tournament to be hosted in Yangon, Myanmar from 3-6 June 2016.

The tournament will follow a straight knockout format with Vietnam and Hongkong facing in the first semifinal and the first match of the tournament followed by a match between hosts Myanmar and Singapore. The winners will face each other in the final while the losers will play each other for third place.

Ayeyarwady Bank is the title sponsor of the tournament which signed a contract with the Myanmar Football Federation on 4 May 2016.
