"Alive/Physical Thing" is Koda Kumi's forty-fifth single. It was released on September 16, 2009. This is Koda's sixth double A-side single. The CD+DVD edition of "Alive/Physical Thing" include the music videos for the songs. "Alive" was used as the theme song for the film-adaptation of "Kamui the Ninja". The single debuted at #1 on the Oricon charts, earning Koda her 8th number one single.
