Allister Heath

Allister Heath (born 1978) is a British business journalist and commentator. He is currently deputy editor of The Daily Telegraph, responsible for business content, and an associate editor at The Spectator. He was formerly editor of City AM and The Business, the latter closing shortly after his departure in 2008.
Personal life
Heath was born in Mulhouse in Alsace, France to a part-British family.[1][2] He lived there until the age of 17 when he moved to the UK to study economics at the London School of Economics (1995-1998), followed by a post-graduate MPhil in the subject at Hertford College, Oxford.[3]
Publications
His first book, A Flat Tax: Towards a British Model, was published in 2006.[4][5]
