Anton George Forrester (born 11 February 1994) is an English striker played for Blackburn Rovers.[2]

Club career
Blackburn Rovers
A product of Everton U21, he joined Blackburn Rovers after a trial.[3] After impressing Michael Appleton, he signed Forrester who has a contract at Ewood Park till 2015.[4]
He made his debut in the FA Cup match against Millwall. He came on as a 75th-minute substitute for Joshua King.[5] After returning from loan at Bury, Forrester was sidelined between six and nine months because of his injury.[6] After nine months absent, Forrester made his return in the club's reserve against Derby County's U21 and scored twice before coming off at half time, which Blackburn Rovers' U21 lost 4-3.[7] With two appearance in the club's reserve, Forrester was offered a new contract with the club[8] and signed a one-year contract with the club.[9]
Bury (loan)
On 18 July 2013, Forrester joined Bury in League Two on loan until 1 January 2014.[10] Upon joining the club, Forester was given number nine shirt at Bury.[11]
Forrester made his Bury debut in the opening game of the season, where he came on as a substitute for Ashley Grimes in the 60th minutes, in a 2-0 loss against Chesterfield.[12] Two weeks later on 17 August 2013, Forrester scored his Bury goal, in a 3-0 win over Accrington Stanley,[13] followed up scoring in the next game, in a 2-2 draw against Burton Albion.[14] Three days later, he scored again in the second round of the League Cup, in a 6-3 loss against Norwich City.[15] Forrester scored two goals in two games against Southend United[16] and Dagenham & Redbridge[17] After a month of absent, due to off the pitch issue, Forrester made his first team return and scored his fifth league goal, in just 43 seconds to the start of the game, in a 2-1 win over York City on 29 December 2013.[18] With six goals in twenty appearance, Forrester's loan at Bury, however, was extended until July 2014.[19] Forrester scored two months later on 1 February 2014, in a 1-0 win over Wycombe Wanderers.[20] Unfortunately, Forrester suffered a knee injury during a match against Fleetwood Town and after a scan, it was announced that Forrester's loan spell at Bury had come to an end.[21] Despite this, Forrester's goal against York City earned him Goal of the Season at the End of Season Awards Dinner.[22]
International career
In March 2015, Forrester was called up by England U19,[23] but did not play due to injury.[24]

Personal life
His elder brother Carl (* 1992), played in his child hood for Tranmere Rovers F.C., Liverpool F.C.,[26] before played on senior side for Southport F.C. and Leigh Genesis F.C..[27]
