Apletodon is a genus of clingfishes.

There are currently six recognized species in this genus:[1]

- Apletodon pellegrini (Chabanaud, 1925) (Chubby clingfish)
- Apletodon wirtzi R. Fricke, 2007 (Sao Tomé clingfish)
