The Central Formosa toad or Bankor toad (Bufo bankorensis) is a species of toad in the family Bufonidae. It is endemic to Taiwan. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, rivers, intermittent rivers, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marshes, arable land, plantations, rural gardens, ponds, and irrigated land.[1]

Bufo bankorensis is big toad, measuring up to 15 cm (5.9 in) in length.[2] While it is a very common toad in Taiwan, habitat loss is a threat to it. It is also collected for food and traditional medicine.[1]
