Círculo Universitario de Quilmes, commonly shortnamed as CUQ, is an Argentine rugby union club sited in Quilmes, Buenos Aires.
The rugby union team is also member of the Unión de Rugby de Buenos Aires (URBA) and currently plays in Torneo de la URBA Grupo II, the second division of the Argentine rugby league system.
