Charles D. Robinson (October 22, 1822–September 25, 1886) was a politician from the U.S. state of Wisconsin. He served as that state's third Secretary of State for one term from January 5, 1852 to January 2, 1854. He was a Democrat and served under Whig governor Leonard J. Farwell. Robinson served in the Wisconsin State Assembly in 1850 and was mayor of Green Bay, Wisconsin. He also served in the United States Army during the American Civil War.[1][2]

He resided in Green Bay, Wisconsin at the time of his election.
