Chook Sibtain is an English actor. He is perhaps best known for his role as Mark Grantham on the Sarah Jane Adventures and as Tarak Ital on the Doctor Who special The Waters of Mars.

Biography

Chook Sibtain won a scholarship for and attended the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art. He has performed in theatres including the Royal Shakespeare Company and the Royal National Theatre. He is known for playing various roles on British television including Jack Robins/EastEnders, Danush Larijani/Hustle and Tarik Ital/Dr. Who.
