Conor Whelan (born 31 October 1996) is an Irish hurler who plays as a right wing-forward for the Galway senior team.
Born in Kinvara, County Galway, Whelan first excelled at hurling during his schooling at Gort Community School. He arrived on the inter-county scene at the age of sixteen when he first linked up with the Galway minor team before later joining the under-21 and intermediate sides. He made his senior debut during the 2015 championship.[1]
At club level Whelan plays with Kinvara.
