Cool Boarders 2001 is a snowboarding video game developed by Idol Minds and published by Sony Computer Entertainment for the PlayStation and PlayStation 2 and is the only Cool Boarders title to be released exclusively in North America.
Cool Boarders 2001 was the last game made in the series of all the Cool Boarders games.
Reception
Cool Boarders 2001 received mixed to positive reviews. Aggregating review website GameRankings and Metacritic gave the PlayStation 2 version 76.08% and 78/100[1][2] and the PlayStation version 56.32% and 56/100.[3][4]
CoolBoarders2001 (PS1) and CoolBoarders2001 (PS2) were two completely different games, unfortunately, with the same name. They had different cover art, courses, physics, etc. The PS2 version was one of a few launch titles, and came in some bundles.
