Diana Francis (peace activist)

Diana Francis (born 1944) is a British peace activist and scholar. She is a consultant working on conflict transformation with local activists in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.

She is a former President of the International Fellowship of Reconciliation and Chair of the Committee for Conflict Transformation Support.[1]

Personal life

Education

In 1998, she received a Ph.D. from the University of Bath for a thesis "Respect in cross-cultural conflict resolution training", which led to her first book, People, peace and power: conflict transformation in action. The work was done in the Centre for Action Research in professional practice.[4]
