Richard Alfred Young (16 September 1885 in Dharwad, India – 1 July 1968 in Hastings, Sussex) was an English cricketer who played in two Tests between 1907 and 1908. He was selected as wicketkeeper ahead of Joe Humphries on the strength of his batting.
His brother was John Young, who played first-class cricket for Sussex.
