The Embassy of Nepal in Washington, D.C. is the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal's diplomatic mission to the United States. It is located at 2131 Leroy Place Northwest, Washington, D.C., in the Kalorama neighborhood.[1]
The Ambassador is Shankar Prasad Sharma.[2]
Building
Built around 1920 as a private residence, the Colonial Revival-style building is designated as a contributing property to the Sheridan-Kalorama Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989. The building previously served as offices for Congressional Digest.
