Fortress of the Mutant Waffles was a game for the Radio Shack TRS-80 Color Computer. The goal is to collect 9 of the missing bottles of syrup. The player also has to avoid mutant waffles, and return the bottles of syrup to the beginning in as little time as possible. It was written by A. Pakerski in 1983. The green and black title screen of the game is notable for having a series of rapidly played beeps of various pitches, giving the illusion of bubbling syrup.[1]
