Forward Operations Base Al-Qayyarah West (or known simply as FOB Q-West) was a US Military base in Iraq that is south of Mosul, west of Kirkuk, and north of Tikrit.

History
The base had a Post exchange, Pizza Hut, Finance Department, Alterations/Embroidery Store, and a Subway, as well as a large and Recreation Center with a movie theater and internet cafe.
The base also had an airstrip, though it is not one of the more popular ones used in Multinational Division - North (MND-North).
