Francisco "Chico" Lachowski (born 13 May 1991) is a Brazilian fashion model.[10]

Personal life

Lachowski was born in Curitiba, Paraná on 13 May 1991, and lived in Foz do Iguaçu until he was eight years old.[11] His father, Roberto, is of Polish descent while his mother, Maria, is of Portuguese and German descent. He has two elder sisters, Isabella and Marcela.[12]

On 3 December 2013,[13] he married his girlfriend, French-Canadian model Jessiann Gravel Beland, with whom he has a son, Milo, born on 25 March 2013.[14]

Modeling career

Lachowski won Ford Men's Supermodel of the World in São Paulo in 2008, for which he was awarded a contract with Ford Models.[10][15] He has walked for numerous fashion designers including Dior Homme, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, DSquared², Gucci, Roberto Cavalli, Thierry Mugler, Armani, L'Oreal and many more and opened for shows such as Ermanno Scervinno.[16][10] He has done campaigns for DKNY jeans, Lacoste, Armani Exchange,[17] Etro, Dior, DSquared² and Mavi Jeans. He has appeared on the covers of several magazines, including Vanity Teen,[18] Homme Essential, Carbon Copy,[19] Made in Brazil and Chaos. In addition, he has appeared in editorials for GQ, V, Vogue and FHM.[10] In 2015, models.com included Lachowski on their 'Industry Icons' and 'Sexiest Men' lists.[20][21]
