František Svoboda (5 August 1906 in Vienna, Austria-Hungary — 6 July 1948) was a Czech football player.

He played club football mostly for SK Slavia Praha and in 1935 became the top goalscorer of the Czechoslovak First League.

He played 43 matches for the Czechoslovakia national team, scoring 22 goals, and was a participant at the 1934 FIFA World Cup, where he played in three matches and scored a goal in the match against Switzerland.[1]
