George Douglas was a Scottish rugby union and rugby league player.[1]
Rugby union
He was capped once for Scotland in 1921.[1] He also played for Jedforest RFC.[1]
Rugby league
Douglas transferred to Batley in 1921-22.[1]
County Cup final appearances
George Douglas played Right-Second-row, i.e. number 12, in Batley's 8-9 defeat by Wakefield Trinity in the 1924 Yorkshire Cup final during the 1924–25 season at Headingley Stadium, Leeds on Saturday 22 November 1924.
