Green Mountain Seminary is a historic place off Vermont Route 100 in Waterbury Center, Vermont.

The main seminary building was largely constructed in 1869 as a co-educational Free Will Baptist school, with an addition to the south facing part of the structure completed in 1871. The Waterbury site was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1978. Between 1947 and 1952 the building was the meeting site for the Green Mountain Horology society, whose members restored the historic Riley Whiting grandfather clock. As of 2009 the building is home to the Hunger Mountain Day Care Center and the Waterbury Center Library.
