Grignasco is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Novara in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 80 kilometres (50 mi) northeast of Turin and about 35 kilometres (22 mi) northwest of Novara. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 4,803 and an area of 14.6 square kilometres (5.6 sq mi).[1]
The municipality of Grignasco contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Ara, Bertolotto, Bovagliano, Ca' Marietta, Carola, Garodino, Pianaccia, Torchio, Sagliaschi, and Isella.
Grignasco borders the following municipalities: Boca, Borgosesia, Prato Sesia, Serravalle Sesia, and Valduggia.
