These are the results of the rhythmic individual all-around competition, the only Rhythmic Gymnastic event in the gymnastics at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona.

Rules for the rhythmic gymnastics competition changed since the previous Olympics. The ribbon apparatus was replaced by the ball. Forty-three gymnasts competed in the preliminary round, the format for which was similar to the finals. The seventeen best gymnasts competed in the finals.
