Hatun Chunkara (Quechua hatun big, Aymara chunkara "pointed mountain", Chunkara the name of a neighboring mountain,[2][3] "big pointed mountain" or "big Chunkara", Hispanicized spelling Jatunchungara) is a 5,287-metre-high (17,346 ft) mountain in the Ch'ila mountain range in the Andes of Peru. It is located in the Arequipa Region, Caylloma Province, on the border of the districts of Caylloma and Sibayo. It lies north of Chunkara and Misa Chunkara. There is a small lake north of the mountain named Chunkara.[4]
