Herston busway station (formerly RCH Herston busway station) is part of the Northern Busway in Brisbane, Australia. It is in Zone 1 and 2 of the TransLink integrated public transport system.
The station opened December 14, 2005, and was originally the last station on the Inner Northern Busway until it was extended to RBWH station on August 3, 2009.
The design of the station is very similar to QUT Kelvin Grove station and features golf ball protection screens due to the close proximity to Victoria Park Golf Course[3]
The station was renamed November 29, 2014 to Herston busway station[4] dropping the RCH from the name due to the Royal Children's Hospital closing and relocating to the new Lady Cilento Children's Hospital at South Brisbane.
