Muhammad Humair Hayat Khan Niazi of Rokhri is a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan.[1] He defeated federal minister Dr Sher Afghan Khan Niazi in the 2008 Elections for NA-72 (Mianwali II). He had previously served as District Nazim Mianwali from 2001 to 2005. He has also remained Chairman Zila Council Mianwali from 1991 to 1993.

Humair Hayat Khan comes from a well-known and established Niazi Pashtun tribe, with a strong political background. He is the son of veteran politician Gul Hameed Khan Rokhri, nephew of Aamir Hayat Khan Rokhri, MPA, and also the brother-in-law of Chaudhry Shafaat Hussain (the former District Nazim of Gujrat).

Humair Hayat Khan was born on the 20th of October, 1966. He attended St. Anthony's High School, Lahore and graduated from Government College, Lahore in 1986, adding his name to the long list of illustrious Ravians produced by that famous institution. He got his Law Degree from the University of Reading, UK in 1990. In 1991, he cleared the CSS exam but chose to adopt a career in law and politics. Humair Khan is a Lawyer (Advocate High Court, Lahore) by profession.
