Hunters Run[2] is a populated place in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania where the 1884 Gettysburg and Harrisburg Railroad station was established for the junction with the 1870 South Mountain Railroad (Cumberland). The junction was the northeast endpoint of the namesake 1891 Hunter's Run and Slate Belt Railroad.
