Joaquin Szuchman (Hebrew: חואקין שוכמן; born January 29, 1995) is an Israeli-Argentinian professional basketball player for Hapoel Gilboa Galil of the Israeli Premier League.
Early life
Szuchman is Jewish, he was born in Concordia, Argentina. Szuchman lived his first 7 years in Argentina before growing up in Nahariya and later on in Barak, Israel. He played for Hapoel Gilboa Galil youth team and Emek Charod high-school team.
Professional career
In 2012, Hapoel Gilboa Galil promoted Szuchman to the senior team.
On July 12, 2017, Szuchman signed a three-year contract extension with Gilboa Galil. [1]
National Team
Szuchman was a member of the Israeli U-18 [2] and U-20 [3] national teams. He also participate at the 2017 Summer Universiade.
