Joseph Martin Pactwa (June 2, 1948 – March 10, 2009) was a pitcher in Major League Baseball who played for the California Angels during the 1975 season. Listed at 5 ft 11 in (1.80 m), 185 lb, Pactwa batted and threw left-handed. He was born in Hammond, Indiana.
Pactwa died in Wilmer, Texas, at the age of 60.
