K. Wah International Holdings Limited (SEHK0173) is major Chinese company that invests in and develops real estate in Hong Kong, China, and Southeast Asia.

The company also holds close to 70% of K. Wah Construction Materials, which sells and distributes concrete pipes and aggregates; and manufactures, sells, and distributes ready-mixed concrete and precast concrete products. K. Wah Construction Materials is one of the five major construction materials suppliers in Hong Kong—it also supplies Macau and China. Other activities of K. Wah International include property management, consulting, and financial services; road quarrying; and leasing construction equipment.

Along with its subsidiaries, the Group is principally engaged in property development and property investment in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Singapore.[1]

Some of its subsidiaries include Bright City Development Limited, Chinapex Company Limited, China Win Enterprise Limited, Colour Day International Limited, Full Wealth Limited and Grand Spark Limited.

The aggregate amount of turnover attributable to the Company's five largest customers represented less than 30% of its total turnover. As of December 31, 2006, the Company had pre-sold nearly 90% of Phase I of the Shanghai Westwood property.

K Wah also holds a 3.9% stake in Galaxy Entertainment (SEHK27); one of the largest Macau Gaming operators. As of January 2014, the 3.9% stake in Galaxy is larger than the entire market capitalization of K Wah itself, implying that its property and construction business is worth zero.
