Kachari (or Cachari) is a Sino-Tibetan language spoken in Assam, India.
Geographic distribution
Kachari is spoken in Assam, in the North Cachar district, Cachar hills; Nagaland, Kohima district, Dimapur, and Dhansiri administrative circles. Speakers are dispersed throughout 16 villages.
