Karina Berger (born 7 December 1968), of Switzerland, was the 1989 Miss Globe International titleholder and Miss Switzerland in 1988.[1][2]

By winning the national title Miss Switzerland in 1988,[3] she earned the right to represent her country in most of the major beauty pageants within the upcoming year. She competed in the Miss World 1988 pageant in London, United Kingdom and the Miss Universe 1989 pageant in Cancún, Mexico. Although unplaced in both pageants, she went on to win in the 1989 Miss Globe International in Foça, Turkey. In the Miss Globe International pageant, she edged out Venezuelan Eva Lisa Ljung, a semi-finalist at Miss Universe 1989, for the title, despite the fact that she was preceded and succeeded by delegates of Venezuela.
