Kensei Mikami (水上 剣星 Mikami Kensei?, born 2 April 1984, in Tokyo) is a Japanese actor.
After being active in a line as a fashion model in Japan, he went to New York at the age of eighteen. After returning home, he started activities as an actor. While appeared in numerous television dramas and films, he also appointed as a look-book of various brands as a model which originally originated. He is a deep up-and-coming actor who is well aware of his culture.
He also launched his own kids' brand "himher"
He is represented with the agency Ken-On. His wife is actress Maho Nonami.

Biography
He made his drama debut at Tokyo Dogs in October 2009. Since then, he has appeared in continuous dramas for consecutive eight-time cool appearances.
He later made his film debut in Beck released in 2010.
He married to actress Maho Nonami on 9 December 2012.[1] They gave their first birth to a girl born in 2013.[2] They later give birth to another girl in 2015.[3]
