Kisbey is a village in southern Saskatchewan, Canada. The village took its name from Richard Claude Kisbey (d. 1941), an Irish immigrant who settled in Estevan.[7] It is the administrative headquarters of the Pheasant Rump First Nation. This band government contains three nations which are Assiniboine, Saulteaux and Cree.
